In a podcast I listened to a few weeks ago, I heard an encounter at 41:48 that was both sad and frightening.
In 1997, a ranger at Sequoia National Park was told one day that there was something making a loud sound that was disturbing the visitors, so the ranger went looking for whatever could be making the noise.
On that afternoon, in the area that people reported hearing sounds, the ranger heard a loud growl to his left. The Ranger then saw what he could only describe as a Bigfoot, and it immediately charged at this person, although it’s unclear whether it was on 2 legs or 4 legs.
Luckily the ranger was right next to his or her jeep, so the ranger got in, and the Bigfoot managed to damage the door and window of the jeep. The ranger drove off and noticed that the Bigfoot was running after the jeep on all fours.
Eventually, after losing the creature “some curves later,” the ranger stopped at the rangers station and feel asleep in the bathroom for several hours.
After that, the ranger had to explain to their boss what happened, but the boss didn’t believe it, and ended up firing the ranger for slacking off. That day still haunts this person to this day. Talk about a bad day at work 😞.
That is a bad day at work... However falling asleep in the bathroom for hours makes him lose a little credibility.
Yeah I agree with mother's smile
